MailTones – Email Alerts and Sounds

MailTones is an app for those wishing to cut through their email clutter. The app works by allowing you to assign custom sounds to various emails. You can assign for different contacts, subjects and senders. Assign the sound and when an email comes in matching that parameter you’ll receive a push notification on your phone, alerting you with the sound you chose. There are over 60 tones to choose from as well as a “Do Not Disturb” feature that can be automatically set up for evenings.

I think using an app like this could be a real time saver as it allows you to quickly identify your important emails.
